Pat has been my realtor extraordinaire. I have purchased two other homes and had certain expectations of Pat based on my experience with previous realtors. Pat far surpassed the. She was always available for my questions and concerns and I have to admit I had lots of them. After I purchased the condo I found several things that were missed during the home inspection. So she contacted the seller/contractor and was able to convince them to rectify a couple of them. In the past once I bought the house I neve heard from the realtor again.

Adeline is a very hard working person that compensates her time to fit your schedule 7 days a week. Her vast knowledge of this field from the house to the landscaping was great to see. She was never a pushy salesperson. Adeline is a no nonsense girl that’s punctual and responds to calls or emails very quickly. I would highly recommend her for somebody buying a house or selling a home!!

We spent months house hunting until we found the perfect property. The market was really hot and properties were moving very quickly. Joy listened to our needs and promptly set up showings for listings we wanted to see. When we finally found the perfect property, Joy walked us through all the steps and reminded us of deadlines. Our experience with Jon began with purchasing a residence that our son would occupy while attending college. His knowledge of the city was impressive to say the least, and it was supremely helpful in narrowing down the areas we wanted to look at. He is also a techno-gadget freak - and I mean that in a good way! (secretly jealous) - During many of our times together, he was able to multi-task b/t clients’ needs, and yet we never felt like he wasn't giving us his undivided attention. That's how I figured out how he got back to US so quickly! He even shot a video of a home I found online and put it on YouTube so we could view it from where we lived 3 hours away.
